Windows are a great operating system for infecting viruses,spyware,malware…..too much to mention.So,many friends ask me”How to make your PC really safe?I don’t like to format!”.Everyone knew,WE DON’T LIKE TO FORMAT COMPUTER.This might be my secret,but anyway,I will share it to everyone today!
1.Use genuine Windows
You might ask “Why I have to use a genuine operating system?Both of them are the same,right?”Yes,I understand both of them are the same but some of non-genuine Windows are packed with viruses and spyware.One best word to describe the world “Nothing is free in this world”.It is better not to use any warez or crack software!
2.Update Windows regularly
Next time when Windows Update wanted to update,don’t ignore those Updates.Those update are very useful for keeping your PC safe!
3.Use a good antivirus
I really don’t recommend you to use a free anti-virus because they offers only basic or even lower protection.You should try Symantec,Kaspersky or ESET.Those are award winning antivirus which offers good protection(2009)!You should read the report for all antivirus from AV Summary Report 2009…
4.Surf with both eyes open
Searching is a bit of dangerous if you don’t know which is safe or dangerous.Use a siteadvisor.I recommend you to use McAfee because it is the oldest hence they should have the most complete data.
