I love to have control on every aspect of a computer. Most ISP provides fast bandwidth speed. Unfortunately, mostly they do have usage quota. Mine’s 20GB with 8M speed. Not that fast and not that much, it’s just ok. You can’t use too much, otherwise, you are going to suffer for the rest of the month, unless, you pay. In my case, my ISP will throttle my bandwidth to 56k. Oh god, that’s oldies internet. So how to avoid ISP jail? (more…)
